The WaterComms Model prioritizes the well-being of people in developing countries. WaterComms is a new approach to water facility maintenance, recognizing that reliable and safe drinking water has broader implications on public health, well-being and economic development.

WaterComms's Field Agents are central to our Model to provide the human face, and cultural compatibility needed to develop trust. The Field agents will comprise of team pairs- generally male and female - for each region. Their job is to market WaterComms, register the participating water sector parties and provide solutions to local issues.
